Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy with your Easey Clothing purchase.
Change of mind returns
If you change your mind about your purchase, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items.
Items must be returned within 14 days of notifying us that you wish to cancel. Items should be unworn, unused and in their original condition and packaging, where reasonably possible.
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning an item unless the item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and confirm whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Where required by law, the refund will include the cost of standard delivery.
Faulty or incorrect items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged or is not as described, please contact us at ashleyeasey@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will work with you to arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with your consumer rights.
Personalised items
Personalised or genuinely custom-made items may not be eligible for a change-of-mind return. This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described. �
